Raspberry Overnight Oats with Almond Butter & Chopped Almonds
This breakfast is a hormone-supportive powerhouse, ideal in the days after your period finishes. The blend of fibre, lignans, vitamin E, and anti-inflammatory compounds helps gently clear used hormones while setting the stage for healthy follicle growth and balanced oestrogen levels
Why it’s perfect for the follicular phase:
The follicular phase is about rebuilding, revitalising, and preparing for ovulation.
This recipe supports that with:
Flaxseeds: Rich in lignans (phytoestrogens) that gently modulate oestrogen levels.
Almond butter & chopped almonds: Provide healthy fats and vitamin E, which supports endometrial lining and ovarian health.
Raspberries: Offer antioxidants and vitamin C, helping reduce inflammation and support adrenal function.
Oats: Offer complex carbohydrates and beta-glucans for steady energy and blood sugar balance.

Enjoy cold, or warm gently with a splash of almond milk.
