Frequently Asked Questions

  • As a final-year naturopathy student, I offer consultations at a reduced rate while completing my clinical training. This allows me to gain hands-on experience while still providing you with thorough, evidence-informed care.

It’s a unique opportunity to access naturopathic support at a fraction of the usual cost, with no compromise on quality.
Initial online consultations are $143, with follow-ups starting from $86.

All sessions are one-on-one, personalised, and supported by ongoing mentoring to ensure you feel safe, seen, and supported throughout your care.

  • I’m currently in my fourth and final year of a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and completing supervised clinical practice through ReMed Natural Medicine Clinic – Australia’s largest and most established clinic for naturopaths and nutritionists. While I’m not yet fully qualified, all treatment plans are reviewed in collaboration with an experienced clinical supervisor, ensuring safe and appropriate care.

  • Yes – naturopathy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that focuses on supporting the body’s natural healing processes. I tailor each treatment to your individual needs, using herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, and dietary and lifestyle guidance. Your safety is always my top priority, and any recommendations are made with care and clinical oversight.

  • Naturopathy and conventional medicine share the same goal: to help you feel better. But they approach health in different ways.

While standard medical care often focuses on diagnosing and managing symptoms (usually through medications or procedures), naturopathy takes a whole-person, root-cause approach. We look at how different systems in your body are connected and explore why symptoms are showing up in the first place.

Naturopathy uses tools like diet, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, and nutritional support to gently guide your body back into balance. We also spend more time with you in consults to really understand your health history, environment, and emotional wellbeing – because they all matter.

Whenever needed, naturopathy can work alongside conventional care to support your health from multiple angles.

  • Not at all. Functional testing is available if needed, but it’s never a requirement. I always work with you to find the most appropriate and accessible path forward – whether that involves testing, nutritional or herbal support, or simply making meaningful changes to your lifestyle and diet.

  • Yes – I offer in-person consultations through the Endeavour Wellness Clinic in East Perth on Wednesdays between 8am–4pm. These $25 student consultations are conducted in a supportive learning environment with clinical supervision.

At the moment, my in-person schedule is fully booked, but if you prefer to be seen face-to-face, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. I’ll reach out as soon as a space becomes available
